The CCB credit card cannot be used without a query password. If you forget the query password, you can go to the settings to modify it.

1. If you need to change your credit card phone banking password, you can call the customer service hotline, and after passing identity verification, select "Password Service-Telephone Banking Password Change" to complete the process.

2. If you forget your phone banking password, use the mobile phone or home phone reserved by the bank to call the customer service hotline to reset it. After entering the phone voice system, there is no need to enter any information. Please press the "# key - # in sequence. No. key - No. 0 key - No. # key" to switch to manual service.

3. Modify the query password: Log in to credit card online banking and click "Customer Management" → "Change Query Password". (You must remember the original password)

Note:

1. If you want to change the card transaction password, you can do it directly through the China Construction Bank ATM machine.

2. In order to ensure the security of funds, it is recommended not to use simple numbers, birthdays or phone numbers as passwords.
