For the lost or damaged prepaid card, after the pre-sale card is completed and the binding relationship with the vehicle is released, a new prepaid card can be opened for the user, which is handled according to the process of opening the prepaid card. After the fund dispute period ends, if there is no disputed transaction and deductible toll or prepayment has been deducted, ETC business management system will automatically cancel the original charge card.
