If both the Liaotong credit card and the label card need to be canceled, you must first go to the local Bank of China branch to cancel the Liaotong (label) card. 45 days after the cancellation, the local counter will confirm that the status of the debit card is "Account has been canceled", then call customer service or go to an outlet to cancel the card. The Bank of China Liaotong Credit Card will be officially canceled 45 natural days after the pre-cancellation.
