Handling fee: The handling fee for domestic RMB cash advance is RMB 1 of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 per transaction; the handling fee for overseas cash advance is RMB 3 of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of RMB 10 for each withdrawal. Each transaction is USD 3 or RMB 30 (the minimum charge for American Express-Centurion Black Gold Card and American Express-Centurion Platinum Card is USD 5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance.

Interest: Cash advance does not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the day of cash withdrawal to the date of settlement, interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.
