Charging standards for resetting paper statements with Bank of China credit cards:

1. Replacement of statements within 1 year (inclusive) is free of charge.

2. Replacement of statements for more than 1 year, RMB 5/month/card.

3. Platinum Card, Great Wall American Express Private Bank Card, Infinity Card, Great Wall Zheshang Card, Great Wall Chaoshang Card and Funong Card are free.

4. The mailing method is ordinary mail. Surface mail is free, but the overall mailing time may be longer. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to receive it.
