huqian street is the seat of longxun town government, bordering nanmen street in the east, longpeng street and dingxi village in the north and dingxi village in the south. The lakefront originally belonged to Longpeng Street. In 1996, the lakefront neighborhood committee was set up to govern the whole business area in front of the lake. At the end of 1999, there were 61 households with 1,932 people, including 17 people from party member, and they were in charge of 4 residents' groups.

the commercial and residential area in front of the lake started construction in 1988, and the land in the commercial and residential area belongs to the state-owned Dehua farm and Dingxi village. There are Dehua No.3 Middle School, Property Insurance Company, Bank of China Dehua Sub-branch, Dehua Mobile Communication Branch, Dehua Mail Receiving and Investment Company and Local Taxation Bureau in the commercial and residential area. The main streets are Huzhong Road, Huxin Road, Longhu Road and Huqian Street.

Huqian Neighborhood Committee has an office building of 66 square meters, with a sound organizational structure, a safe and civilized district council and a civic civilization school. In 1999, the industrial output value was 18.31 million yuan, the enterprise output value was 66.93 million yuan, the financial income of neighborhood committees was 87,4 yuan, and the per capita net income was 4,366 yuan.

In p>1998, Huqian was the key unit of public security improvement in the county. A joint defense team of public security was established, and 24-hour public security patrol was carried out. The whole block was rated as an advanced unit of public security by high cities and counties.

Huqian Community is adjacent to Nanmen Community, Jinsuo Community, Longpeng Community, Xingnan Community, Gardener New Village Community, Xundong Village, Dexin Village, Dingxi Village, Daban Village, Ding Village, Yingshan Village, gao yang cun Village and Baomei Village.

There are some tourist attractions near the Huqian community, such as the former site of Dehua Branch of China, Dehua Jiuxian Mountain, Dehua Fossil Niu Shan, Dehua Daixian Waterfall, and National Treasure Yunlong Valley. There are some special products such as Dehua Black Chicken, Dehua Porcelain Plastic, Dehua White Porcelain, Dehua Ceramics and Dehua Daiyun Black Chicken.
