If the bank has not made a final reply to the transaction before the due repayment date, you still need to repay in full according to the repayment amount in the statement before you can enjoy the interest-free repayment period. After your repayment, if the bank confirms that the transaction is indeed wrong after inquiry, the bank will refund the transaction money to your account in time and list it in the next bill for your verification.
It is recommended that you keep the shopping receipt for at least one month after consumption, so as to check with the statement. If you have any objection to the transaction, the bank can read the purchase order for you. If your transaction is confirmed after reading the order, the bank will charge a handling fee for reading the order.
