The credit card guarantor must bear joint and several liability. When the cardholder cannot repay the credit card debt, the credit card guarantor will help the bank refund the cardholder and repay the debt.

The guarantee period of the credit card guarantor is 6 months, which shall be agreed between the parties, but shall not be earlier than the performance period of the main debt. The guarantee period refers to 6 months from the expiration date of the main debt performance period.
