I don't know that when sending a parcel, postal express doesn't open the parcel for inspection. The appearance of a credit card package is no different from that of an ordinary package. If someone else carries it for you, you don't know what's in the package. Only the recipient can know what is in the package. So postal express is a credit card. You don't know it's a credit card until you open it.
