At the beginning of my job search, I collected a lot of interview skills. For a while, I applied some of the techniques I could remember to interviews. Even though I was a little nervous, I still had to put on an almost stiff smile, and I didn’t express myself well at all.

Although this interview failed, I finally figured out what an interview is. The process of our face-to-face encounter with the interviewer is actually a process of getting to know each other. If we present a carefully packaged and completely distorted version of ourselves to the other party, we may get lucky.

However, in the future, the employer will be disappointed to find that you are not the person they need; and you may also feel unsatisfactory about your job. It is not a bad thing to be rejected by the employer you want to go to, which means that you are not suitable for them at the moment.
