In the case that a new card is not received or the new card is not opened, the old card can be used until the end of its validity period (if the validity period of the engraved card is 06/09, it can be used until the end of June 2009). If your old card has expired, but your new card has not been received, please contact the 24-hour service hotline of CCB (400-820-0588) in time.

The credit card of CCB is marked with the expiration date on the front, and it will be invalid after expiration.
If you don't get a new card as scheduled after the card expires, you can call the credit card service hotline for enquiry. If your card is about to expire in 3 months, and you need to change it in advance for special reasons such as going abroad, please call the credit card service hotline to apply.
