You can check the debit card number through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click "My Account → Debit Card", and click the desired Check the "Available RMB Balance>" under the debit card to enter the details page (the complete card number, registration channel, account status, card status and account opening outlet will be displayed).

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Account→Bank Account→Debit Card" to display the complete card number.

3. Customer service hotline: Please call our customer service hotline → Press key 5 for account opening bank inquiry and comprehensive services → Press key 2 for account management (login required) → Press key 2 to inquire about your registered account .

4. Alipay: If you have linked Alipay, you can try to query through the Alipay APP. Since the actual operation is restricted by the Alipay platform, the actual information please refer to the Alipay platform operation display. Please enter Alipay and click "My → Bank Card → Click on the corresponding Agricultural Bank of China card → Card Management → View card number → Verify Alipay payment password" in the lower right corner to view the card number.

5. Counter: Please bring your valid ID card owner to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide to check the debit card number.

You can query your credit card number through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "Credit Card → Details" to query (the card number, current issue, etc. will be displayed Payment due date, next bill date, credit limit, etc.).

2. Online banking: Please log in to Personal Online Banking and click on the "Account→Bank Account→Credit Card" page to query (the card number, outstanding balance of the current period, repayment date, etc. will be displayed).

3. Customer service hotline: Please call our credit card customer service hotline for enquiries.

4. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her valid ID card to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide for enquiry.
