You can apply, but it should be noted that there are few bank outlets in Inner Mongolia, and some areas may not be able to apply. Only local bank outlets can apply. If not, I suggest you choose another bank's credit card. You can fill in the application materials, prepare work and apply for proof of income directly online.

Documents required to apply for a credit card:

1. A copy of the identification documents of the applicant (main card and supplementary card). If the applicant is an overseas person, please provide a passport (personal data page and visa validity page), or a passport for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, or a home visit permit for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, or a copy of a passport for Taiwan Province residents to and from the mainland;

2. Work certification documents, such as a copy of the work permit stamped with the official seal of the unit or the original work certificate issued by the unit;

3. Financial documents, such as: the original income certificate issued by the unit, or the original bank deposit certificate, or a copy of the salary record issued by the bank showing the name of the applicant, or a copy of the income tax withholding certificate, or a copy of its own real estate license, etc.

Note: The bank may need to provide additional approval documents.
