Can self-service banking activate credit cards?

Credit cards cannot be activated at self-service bank ATMs. Generally speaking, when you apply for a card for the first time, you must go to the bank counter to handle the activation business. There are three ways to activate a credit card:

1. Enter the bank's official credit card website to activate. The steps are to click Credit Card Application on the main menu bar of the bank's official website; select Credit Card Activation in the drop-down menu; enter the ID number, credit card number and verification code; enter the set query password, and then click the Get Dynamic Code button; enter the mobile phone number. After receiving the verification code in the text message, click the Next button; select the validity period of the credit card and enter the last three digits in the signature field. The validity period and the last three digits can be viewed on the credit card; select the electronic bill, then click to agree to the agreement and enter Next button; activation successful.

2. Activate by calling bank credit card customer service. Follow the prompts specifically: select the credit card button; enter the credit card number; enter the ID number; enter the credit card validity period; enter the credit card CVV verification code; activation is successful.

3. Activate by going to the bank counter. Just go to the bank counter with your ID card and credit card, fill out the credit card business application form, and queue up for activation.
