1. If you fail to pay off your credit card, you may go to jail.

2. Whoever commits credit card fraud and the amount is relatively large shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined not less than 20,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan.

3. If the person refuses to repay the loan after being sued and the amount owed exceeds RMB 50,000, the person has the purpose of illegal possession. The court will impose a sentence based on the crime of credit card fraud in Article 196 of the Criminal Law.

4. Anyone who is capable of executing the judgment or ruling of the People's Court but refuses to execute it, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or a fine.

5. If the court cannot achieve its goal through the above enforcement methods, the party will be blacklisted and will not be able to take high-consumption activities such as flying or high-speed rail in the future.
