Provisions of Shenzhen Municipality on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Loans
Article 12 If the applicant or co-applicant has the following credit records when applying for provident fund loans, the provident fund loans shall not be issued:
(1) In the last 24 months, there have been more than 8 times of single loans overdue, or more than 2 times, or 1 time, or more than 3 times in a row;
(2) A single credit card (including quasi-credit card) is overdue for more than 8 times, or overdue for more than 2 times, or overdue for more than 3 times in a row in the last 24 months;
(3) The status of a single credit card (including quasi-credit card) in the last 24 months is "bad debt", "frozen" or "stop payment";
(4) the loan has been repaid by the guarantor or paid off with assets and other special transaction records.

Twenty-sixth workers who have paid housing provident fund can apply for housing provident fund loans to the housing provident fund management center when purchasing, building, renovating or overhauling their own houses. ?
The housing provident fund management center shall make a decision on whether to grant loans within 15 days from the date of accepting the application, and notify the applicant; Where a loan is granted, the entrusted bank shall go through the loan formalities. ?
The risk of housing provident fund loans shall be borne by the housing provident fund management center. ?
Twenty-seventh applicants for housing provident fund loans shall provide guarantees. ?
