The steps are as follows:

1. Open mobile banking or computer online banking and log in to your personal account.

2. Enter the "Quick Withdrawal" page and select the withdrawal method as "Cardless Withdrawal".

3. Enter the withdrawal amount and withdrawal password, and then click the "Confirm" button.

4. The system will generate a withdrawal transaction and send a verification code SMS to the mobile phone.

5. Bring your ID and verification code text message to the Postal Savings Bank counter or self-service machine to withdraw money.
