Jinsui Huinong Card is a comprehensive bank card product developed by Agricultural Bank of China based on Jinsui debit card business platform and issued to all farmers. As one of the debit card products, Huinong Card has basic financial functions such as cash deposit and withdrawal, transfer settlement, consumption, wealth management, online operation and real-time entry.
How to deal with it
Bank branch staff will go to the village where the applicant is located to handle it centrally, and the applicant can also go to the counter of the branch that has already started this business to handle it alone.
Batch application:
(1) The applicant applies to the village committee and other cooperative institutions to apply for a card, fill in the application form when applying, and provide a copy of the household registration book and resident ID card;
(2) After verifying the applicant's information, the village committee and other cooperative institutions will submit the application materials to our local outlets in batches for review;
(3) For those who meet the conditions for issuing cards, outlets will open cards in batches in the system (but they will not be activated), and submit the list of cards and card numbers that have been opened to cooperation institutions such as village committees for signing;
(4) The village committee and other cooperative institutions shall issue cards to the applicants according to the list of card numbers and sign them;
(5) The applicant holds the original Huinong card, household registration book and resident ID card to the local branch of the bank for card encryption activation (door-to-door activation service can be provided according to the situation). The activated Huinong card can be used normally.
Separate application:
(1) The applicant holds the household registration book, the original ID card of the applicant and the letter of introduction from the partner institution to fill in the application form of Jinsui Huinong Card at our branch.
(2) The outlet shall review the application materials submitted by the applicant, and open the card on the spot if it meets the conditions for issuing cards, and the applicant shall set the password by himself. After the card is opened, the Huinong card can be used.
