The specific procedures for the unit to handle the housing provident fund dragon card for employees are divided into the following steps:
Step 1: The unit goes to the Construction Bank that paid the housing provident fund to receive the application materials for the housing provident fund dragon card. Units and employees check the information on the application materials and fill in the relevant contents truthfully. For the first time, if the unit handles the housing provident fund dragon card for employees, it must also sign a card issuance agreement with the Construction Bank.
Step 2: From September 1 day, the unit will go to the Construction Bank to apply for the housing provident fund dragon card for employees with the completed application materials. If it is found that the employee's name, Chinese Pinyin or ID number are wrong in the application materials provided by the Construction Bank during the information checking process, the unit should first go through the formalities of change registration in the management department or sub-center where the housing provident fund is deposited, and then go to the Construction Bank to apply for the housing provident fund dragon card.
Step 3: CCB will complete the production of housing provident fund dragon card and notify the unit within 15 working days after accepting the application for business card printing. Units to the Construction Bank to receive employee housing provident fund dragon card and the corresponding construction bank confidentiality letter. It should be noted here that in order to ensure the accuracy of the issuance of housing provident fund, Tianjin Housing Provident Fund Management Center and China Construction Bank will suspend the transfer or cancellation of employees' housing provident fund accounts applying for business card printing.
Step 4: Within 5 working days after receiving the housing provident fund dragon card, the unit will issue the housing provident fund dragon card together with the confidentiality letter of the Construction Bank to the employees themselves.
