Can the court freeze credit card accounts?
The court has the right to inquire, freeze and transfer bank deposits (including credit cards) from banks for judicial needs.

1. The court has the right to freeze the relevant bank accounts involved in the case due to the need of handling cases or judicature;

2. The court sent a letter to the bank, and the bank replied and signed it, freezing the account according to regulations;

3. The general freezing period is six months, which can be extended once according to the demand, usually three to six months;

4. If you are suspected of breaking the law, you can freeze the account permanently.

Note: In cooperation with judicial investigation, if there are no other problems after the investigation, the account will be unfrozen in time.
