1. First bring your valid personal identity document and financial proof documents, and drive to the bank branch counter to apply for an ETC credit card;

2. Fill out the credit card application form under the guidance of the staff , and related information;

3. Submit all information to the card application staff;

4. After the credit card is approved, activate the card for use, and go to the ETC special equipment at the outlet if the consumption reaches the standard , and bind vehicle information and install it.
