Minsheng Bank mobile banking contract application:

You can use Minsheng debit card, credit card, current one-way or regular one-way through personal online banking, mobile banking client or my Sign up for Minsheng Mobile Banking at any branch of the bank.

1. Online banking: Click on the "Mobile Banking" section of the horizontal menu to perform the contract operation (the security tools are U Bao and dynamic token OTP).

2. Mobile Banking: Select "Self-Service Registration" on the login page and follow the corresponding prompts to complete. Self-service registration does not support the activation of external transfer functions, and can only activate the small-amount payment function.

3. Counter outlets: You can sign up for mobile banking at any of our bank's business outlets. You need to provide the contracted mobile phone, your valid ID and debit card (including second-category account), credit card, and current account. It can be processed through one-stop service and regular service, and cannot be handled on behalf of others.

Warm reminder:

※ Customers who are under 18 years old and have no income capacity can only apply for mobile banking through self-service registration. Customers who are over 16 years old and can provide proof of income can apply through Sign up for mobile banking at the counter and activate the transfer function. Those under 16 years old cannot register for mobile banking.
