ABC's credit card is overdue in installments, and the full repayment is notified. Although the repayment has been made, the consequences are still serious:
1. ABC issued a full repayment notice, indicating that the overdue is more serious, not once in a while.
2. ABC will truthfully report the overdue situation to the People's Bank of China and record it in the personal credit report.
3. Once there is a bad credit report, it will be very difficult to apply for loans (including provident fund loans) from banks and other financial institutions in the future, or to apply for credit cards, which will generally be rejected.
ABC's credit card charter stipulates that a credit card must have a good credit standing.
The same is true for loans. Take mortgages as an example. Article 3 of the loan conditions for first-hand and second-hand houses of ABC requires good credit.
Tip:
1. Generally speaking, if an applicant for a loan or credit card has a record of overdue repayment for three consecutive times or more, banks and other financial institutions will generally refuse to accept the application.
2. If you have a bad record, you must not cancel the credit card, but continue to use it. At the same time, you must repay it on time and cover the bad record with the accumulated good credit.
