How about Avis renting a car?
Avis is a pit! Let me talk about my car rental experience in Avis: At the end of 214, I planned to rent a car to go home for the Spring Festival. Then I compared the prices of the next few companies online. Avis has an activity. On February 12, 215, the order for that day was an activity. Ford Carnival 54 yuan one day (but plus insurance, it will cost more than 1 days) when it is decided to rent it for 18 days. Take it out and tell me if there is a carnival that day, and change it to Buick Excelle. I didn't say anything. The problem is that you think it is not allowed to return the car before. This is the first one, their overlord clause! The second insurance at that time included an exemption insurance of more than 2 yuan per day for less than 1,5 yuan, and I also paid it. When I returned the car, because the paint on the front bumper rubbed a little, it was said that it touched the primer, which was not covered by the insurance, so I had to repair it myself (it was due that day, and I had to renew the lease for more than 2 yuan a day) or they had to repair it. I'll have them repaired, and the asking price is 4 yuan (much higher than the market price). This is the second one. The third one is that they said that I had a 1% speeding in Anhui and told me that I would be fined 2 and deducted 3 points. Ask me if I handle it myself or if they handle it. What they handle is 15 yuan in packages (it is so expensive because of the deduction). Then I said I would handle it myself, and called me the next day to say that it was the illegal fine of only 5 yuan, deducting three points. I have been urging me to go to Nanjing on the way (I am in Shanghai). Then I asked my friend to take a day off to deal with it. When I came back, I was only fined 5 yuan, and there was no deduction at all. I called Avis to explain why I was cheated to say that the penalty was deducted (it's just that it's much more convenient to deal with the fine, so there's no need to go to Nanjing specially). They began to pass the buck, saying that this colleague made a mistake, and that colleague made a mistake, saying that colleagues should apologize. I said I wasted so much energy, time and money running around on the road. Do you want to give me an explanation? As a result, there is still no statement. This is my experience of renting a car. It's up to you whether Avis (Shanghai) pits or not!
