If the customer's ICBC credit card is frozen due to overdue, the credit card account will be automatically unfrozen the next day after the total principal and interest are paid off. If it is frozen due to other reasons, or it is not automatically unfrozen the next day after paying off the arrears, the customer can call ICBC customer service hotline 95588 or go to the designated outlet of the card issuer to apply for unfreezing.
If the personal customer information is incorrect (name is blank, certificate type is wrong, ID card is expired, etc.), the credit card under the customer's name will be restricted from real-time withdrawal, consumption and transfer initiated by the customer in ATM, POS, self-service terminal, SMS banking, online banking, telephone banking, mobile banking and TV banking channels. Customers need to click to download ICBC e-Life, select the "Finance" tab, and click the "Update ID Card" function to check the validity period of the certificate.
If this is not the case, the customer can log in to ICBC e Life and select the function of "Finance-Settings-Card Information" to check the status of the credit card, and handle it in the following ways:
1. If the card is expired or not activated, the card should be activated or replaced as prompted;
2. in other cases, such as card freezing, the customer needs to call 95588 to contact the manual service after paying off the debt.
