There are two ways to increase the quota: temporary quota and fixed quota.
1. Temporary line adjustment
If a customer who has held an industrial and commercial credit card for three months finds that the approved credit limit is insufficient and needs to adjust the credit limit, he can call the 24-hour customer service hotline 95588 to contact the customer service specialist and apply for temporary adjustment of the credit limit.
2. Long-term quota adjustment
Cardholders can submit the latest financial income certificate to any branch of ICBC for application. ICBC will review them according to their past card use history and repayment records. After the audit is completed, the bank staff will adjust the credit card limit of the cardholder appropriately.
