Please check the application progress through CCB official website Credit Card. If it is a self-service inquiry of voice service of customer service hotline, sometimes there will be a situation where progress has been made but it is impossible to inquire.
Log in to the credit card homepage of CCB, find "Application Progress Query" on the left, click and enter my ID number to query the application progress. If it is not displayed here, your information has not been entered into the banking system. This will happen when applying through outlets, but it will not happen when applying online. For outlets, the application needs to be sorted out and submitted to the credit card center of the branch for review. During the review process, your information will be manually entered into the banking system, so it will take some time. The audit time usually does not exceed 25 working days. If the application progress has not been found by the time, I suggest you call the CCB credit card customer service hotline to remind you.
