1. Expressway ETC lane payment function. By binding the OBU (on-board electronic tag) with the Lutong card, the non-cash payment function can be realized on the expressway non-stop toll lanes (hereinafter referred to as "networked ETC lanes") in Shandong Province and in provinces/cities connected to the Shandong ETC. This function does not require depositing funds in advance. It is used first and then automatically paid.

2. 50% discount on Internet ETC lane payment. Use Lutong Card to pay tolls in networked ETC lanes and enjoy a 50% discount on tolls.

3. Toll invoice printing service. Cardholders can print toll invoices for the past six months at designated ABC outlets throughout the province (excluding Qingdao) (the invoices are printed on a monthly basis, one per month).
