Taobao cannot use Alipay balance for the following reasons:

1, the balance treasure has not been opened in the account. You can choose the balance treasure in the Alipay wallet of your mobile phone, and then open it according to the prompts.

2. Although Yu 'ebao has funds, the payment exceeds the funds or payment limit of Yu 'ebao.

3. The funds in Yu 'ebao are not available. For example, the money for purchasing funds such as Lucky Treasure and Entertainment Treasure will be displayed in Yu 'ebao, but it is not.

4. The transaction sequence is abnormal. If the transaction of shopping consumption cannot be paid, it is recommended to confirm whether the transaction order is abnormal, resulting in the inability to pay.

5. The transaction type is not supported. Not all payment methods are suitable for some transaction types. For example, you can't use flowers or credit cards to transfer money to bank cards.

6. The balance in the account is frozen. You must have online banking real-name authentication before you can use the funds in your account. If it is still unknown, you need to contact Alipay customer service.
