Non-personal bank cards cannot be used in principle. Of course, if the holder agrees, it can still be used, and it is ok to withdraw money or transfer money at ATM or spend money in shopping malls. If you have two ID cards, you can also handle non-personal business at the counter.
For example, ATM transfer:
1. Insert the bank card into the ATM and enter the password to log in;
2. Select Transfer, enter the payee account number, and click OK;
3. Confirm the payee account number, enter the transfer amount, and click OK to finish.
