Inquirers can apply for the crown number inquiry service at the outlets of financial institutions that handle the withdrawal business, that is, the inquiry acceptance unit.

The accepting institution shall complete the inquiry application that meets the requirements within 3 working days from the date of acceptance. If there are special circumstances that need to extend the processing time, it shall inform the inquirer in advance. For the inquiry application with incomplete proof materials, the inquiry acceptance unit shall inform the inquirer to fill in the relevant materials face to face, and shall not refuse to accept the inquiry application without reason.
