The standard for star rating is based on the accumulated star points of consumers over six months. The details are as follows:
1. "Star service" is CCB's service based on the customer's various characteristics. Comprehensive evaluation of each transaction to show customers their evaluation level and provide corresponding discounts and services. The stars are 1-7 from low to high. Two stars is not the lowest. Only those with 4 stars or above can enjoy star-rated service and priority calling. Establish a star-level rating standard: judge based on consumers’ accumulated star points in six months. Star points are obtained through consumers’ daily consumption, loans, deposits, financial management, etc. Customer star ratings will be evaluated daily, based on business conditions in the past six months (including the current month). Upgrading can be achieved if the star point value reaches the upgrade standard on any day of the month (star rating adjustment takes about two to five days). If the star point value at the end of the month does not meet the star rating, a star rating transition period of up to one year will be available, during which the customer will not be downgraded and will still enjoy the original star rating service. After the transition period, if the customer still fails to meet the star rating, it will be formally downgraded.
2. The CCB star-level evaluation standard mainly depends on the customer's contribution. If a seven-star customer is purely based on deposits, the average daily deposit balance should be more than 5 million. If they purchase various CCB products, If your deposit balance in financial management, gold, funds, insurance, etc. does not meet this standard, you can still become a Seven-Star customer. For example, for a four-star customer, if you only look at deposits, you need an average daily balance of 200,000.
3. Star points can be obtained for deposits, loans, investment and financial management, card consumption, remittances, off-site deposits and withdrawals and other businesses handled by China Construction Bank. According to different types of products, star points are calculated based on monthly and daily average balances and transactions. The amount, consumption amount, etc. are used as the basis for calculating the star point value. For example, deposits, loans, and financial products are calculated based on the monthly and daily average balances. Customer star rating is evaluated on a daily basis, and the system will rate your star rating based on your accumulated star points for six months (including the current month). You can upgrade if you meet the upgrade standards. As for the specific upgrade value and the corresponding score of each product, CCB’s official website does not provide specific detailed reference data. Only after you reach a level, the system will give you a guideline for upgrading to the next level based on your situation. Specific conditional measures are required, so there is currently no reference standard.
