1. If your card has been linked to the professional version (You KEY) , after logging in, you can click Settings → Security Settings → Financial Management Settings in the upper right corner, mark √ here to turn on the financial management function, log in again and click the horizontal menu Financial Management, the pop-up window page will display the complete card number.

Warm reminder

①The professional version (You KEY) needs to be applied at the counter first;

②The Professional version (You KEY) currently does not support Mac system;

③Certificate login is required, and the complete card number cannot be found by scanning the QR code or password.

2. For a card that has been linked to mobile banking, you can check the card number by yourself. Please log in to mobile banking and select the headset icon in the upper right corner of the homepage to query the card number.

Warm reminder: You can only query card numbers that have been linked to mobile banking.

Credit Card:

1. After you log in to the Palm Life App, select Finance - Card Manager - Click on the card you want to query - Query the card number. After passing the verification, you can check the complete card number.

2. If your mobile banking is associated with a credit card, after logging in to mobile banking, click the "headphone icon → card number query → select account" in the upper right corner of the "Home Page". After entering, select the credit card you want to query and enter the verification You can check the card number by QR code, but online customer service cannot check the card number.
