You can log in to mobile banking and initiate a remittance to the withdrawal person through "Mobile Withdrawal - Transfer to the withdrawal person" A remittance transaction. When remitting money, enter the name of the withdrawer, mobile phone number and remittance amount, and then reserve the withdrawal password. After the remittance is successfully submitted, the system will send a reminder text message with the transaction number to the withdrawer, and also send a reminder text message to you.

2. Remittance Inquiry

You can log in to mobile banking and query the transaction details of all remittances to the withdrawal person and the withdrawal person through "Mobile Withdrawal - Outward Inquiry" Information about whether to withdraw money.

3. Withdraw money at an agent point (please click: Mobile Withdrawal Agent Point Information Inquiry)

After the remitter informs the withdrawer to reserve the withdrawal password, the withdrawr can go to the Bank of China mobile withdrawal agent Click to withdraw cash. The agent logs into the mobile banking and enters the name, mobile phone number and remittance amount of the withdrawal through the "Mobile Withdrawal - Agent Point Withdrawal" function, and then the withdrawr confirms the reserved withdrawal password. Bank of China will transfer the equal amount of funds to the agent's account and send text message reminders to the withdrawr and the agent at the same time. 4. Withdrawal Query

Agents can query the details of withdrawal transactions within one year through the "Mobile Withdrawal - Withdrawal Query" function. The query time span is up to three months.

Applicable objects

3. When you handle this remittance business, relevant fees will be collected in advance in accordance with the inter-provincial RMB transfer standards within Bank of China.
