You can also transfer money to the China Merchants Bank All-in-One Card (debit card) in your own name through online banking, mobile banking, or telephone transfer. Handling fees and interest need to be charged according to the following standards: 1. Handling fee: Domestic RMB cash advance handling fee is 1% of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of 10 yuan per draw; overseas cash advance handling fee is 10% of the amount of each cash withdrawal 3. The minimum charge is US$3 or RMB 30 per transaction (the minimum charge for American Express-Centurion Black Gold Card and American Express-Centurion Platinum Card is US$5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance. 2. Interest: Cash advances do not enjoy interest-free repayment.
