Card return and exchange, capital refund and capital transfer can be handled at the designated outlets of the One Card Company. When returning a card, the card will be recovered and the deposit will be refunded; when transferring or refunding funds, the card will not be recovered and the deposit will not be refunded. You cannot replace a good card; when you replace a bad card, the card will be recycled and all the balance of the original card will be transferred to the new card.
When handling the return, exchange, refund, or transfer of a bad card, the cardholder must first go to the designated outlet to apply, and 7 working days later go to the same location with the card receipt to handle the return, exchange, refund, or transfer. For financial services, the card balance of a bad card is subject to the system backend card account. When returning or exchanging a card that is artificially damaged, a cost of 20 yuan will be charged.
If there is an incomplete transaction, the cardholder should first handle the incomplete transaction before handling the return, exchange, refund, or transfer of funds. When handling the refund, exchange or repayment of an overdraft ordinary card, the overdraft amount must be repaid first.
When handling a capital refund, a refund handling fee will be charged based on 10% of the balance in the card, rounded up to the nearest yuan. When the balance in the card is less than 100 yuan, no refund fee will be charged; if the card is broken due to non-human reasons, no refund fee will be charged. When transferring funds, the entire balance of the original card must be transferred to the new card.
