Longteng Card VIP Lounge Service Details

(1) Starting from July 1, 2017, CITIC Bank Premier Platinum Credit Card, Premier Platinum Credit Card, and Golf Platinum Card cardholders enjoy annual 6 airport VIP lounge visits and 4 high-speed rail VIP lounge services. CITIC Bank Unlimited Credit Card and World Credit Card cardholders enjoy unlimited airport and high-speed rail VIP lounge services every year. Customers who have previously held Longteng Cards will be subject to this new rights rule during the new annual fee renewal cycle of their credit cards. The specific number of VIP lounge services that can be enjoyed by CITIC Bank's credit card products is subject to the announcement on the CITIC Bank's credit card website.

(2) Supplementary cardholders of the above-mentioned Platinum Cards can enjoy airport VIP lounge services 3 times and high-speed rail VIP lounge services 2 times per year.

(3) Main card customers are limited to 3 companions at a time, and supplementary card customers are limited to 1 companion at a time.

(4) The benefits that the customer has not used up within the annual fee cycle will be cleared when they expire.

(5) The Longteng Card is an identification card for cardholders to enjoy VIP lounge services. It must be used by the cardholder and can enjoy companion services (the corresponding number of services will be deducted from the cardholder's Longteng Card) , but may not be lent or transferred to others for use.

(6) If your Longteng Card is accidentally lost or stolen, please immediately call the Longteng Card customer service hotline 400-882-1111 or the CITIC Bank Credit Card Center VIP Service Hotline 40060-95558 to report the loss.
