Why do I always display the wrong name when I use CCB credit card to open online banking?
Go to the bank first to check the name of the savings card. If not, call the credit card customer service center to check whether the credit card name is consistent with the savings card name and whether the ID number matches (failure to upgrade the ID number may also be a reason). Then, you can recall whether you used the same certificate to handle the credit card and savings card. If both are ruled out, it still won't work. Finally, I can only ask the bank staff to help!
