If you call 800-8200588 directly to cancel your credit card, you must enter the telephone banking password first, not the credit card password. The telephone banking password is set when you open the card. If it is wrong, it can be reset manually.

After entering the telephone banking password, enter the card number/ID number and password according to the prompt to return the card.

If you are not sure about the credit card password, you can try the ATM. If it is incorrect three times in a row, do not lose. Return the card and try again at the counter.
