Personally, I recommend you to use a full currency card, because there are two kinds of full currency cards, VISA and MASTERCARD, which basically cover the whole world. In addition, there is no annual fee for all-currency cards, and the currency exchange fee is permanently exempted. By contrast, it's cheaper than American Express.
