Complaint to China Merchants Bank’s credit card collector (staff):

① Call the China Merchants Bank service hotline to make a complaint and provide the employee number of the staff member to whom the complaint is required;

③ Make a complaint to the local branch or office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission.

Note: Complaints generally give priority to option 1, followed by options 2 and 3.
