What if CCB's credit card is frozen?
Although a credit card can be overdrawn, it does not mean that the card can be used at will. If it is not ready, it is easy to be frozen by the bank and must be thawed before use. This process is troublesome. Recently, a cardholder's CCB credit card was frozen. I don't know what to do. Let's take a look at the process of unfreezing CCB credit cards.

There are usually two reasons for freezing, overdue freezing and suspected cash freezing, and the thawing methods are also different:

1, overdue freezing: if you want to unfreeze, you must pay back the overdue interest and the principal in arrears, and then call customer service to apply for unfreezing. After verifying your identity information, the customer service will inquire about your repayment. If you find that you have paid the arrears, you will be kept waiting for 3-7 days. If it can be unfrozen, the customer service will call or SMS to inform.

2. Suspected cash freeze: Generally, this situation is difficult to unfreeze. Call customer service, and the customer service will ask you to provide a receipt. If it cannot be provided, it is unlikely to thaw. However, you can use the excuse that you can't get a discount if you don't give the receipt, and see if it can pass. The customer service staff may keep you waiting for 3~7 days.
