Free vehicle towing: When the vehicle cannot drive normally due to breakdown or accident, the vehicle will be towed to the location designated by the cardholder. Free service within 30 kilometers from the anchorage location, and an additional 10 yuan per kilometer beyond 30 kilometers.
Free charging and starting service: Free charging service is provided when the vehicle cannot be started due to a dead battery. If charging may affect the vehicle's electronic equipment or the vehicle is not suitable for charging, the vehicle will be towed to a location designated by the cardholder.
Free fuel delivery service: When the vehicle is running out of fuel and cannot go to the nearest gas station to refuel, we provide fuel delivery service. There is no limit to the number of services throughout the year, and there is no raw material fee for fuel up to three liters. For fuel exceeding three liters, the cardholder will be charged based on the gas station invoice. (In areas where fuel cannot be delivered directly due to government fire safety control, vehicles to be towed within 30 kilometers will be provided. The gas station designated by the cardholder or a nearby gas station, the fuel cost shall be borne by the cardholder).
Free water delivery service: When the vehicle is running out of water in the water tank, water delivery service is provided. Vehicles that are still unable to run after adding water will be towed to the location designated by the cardholder.
Free spare tire replacement/inflation service: When the cardholder’s vehicle is unable to drive due to a puncture, air leak, etc., a spare tire replacement service is provided. If the cardholder does not have a spare tire or the tire screws are too tight and cannot be removed manually, the vehicle will be towed to the customer's designated repair shop or the nearest repair point (the spare tire and tools must be prepared by the cardholder). This service does not include tire repair services.
