The expiration date will be printed on the front of the credit card, such as 04/20, which means the expiration date will be April 2020. Just write 0420 when you fill it out.

Take ICBC as an example. There are several ways to activate credit cards:

1, bank outlets are activated

Cardholders bring their valid identity documents and credit cards to the counter of local ICBC outlets to open cards. If they get their cards at the local ICBC Credit Card Center, they can open them on the spot. Opening a card at the counter will be guided by bank staff. The process is simple. Just fill out the form and give the information to the staff. If you forget to bring the password letter when you go to the business outlet, you can do a "password reset" before opening the card, and then open the card.

2. The bank credit card customer service phone is activated.

We usually reserve a mobile phone number when applying for a credit card, and use the mobile phone number reserved by the bank to access the ICBC customer service hotline to open the card. Dial: 95588 to "6" international card service, select the required service language according to the voice prompt, and press "3" to enter the ICBC credit card service. Then press "2" to enter "Card Activation", and enter personal information such as credit card number and ID number according to the voice prompt to successfully open the card. You can set the consumption password after opening the card.

3. Online banking activation

Cardholders can log in to personal online banking from ICBC official website and see "Peony Card Enabled" under "Bank Card Service" and click Enter. Then enter your own credit card number, card validity period, name, certificate number and other related information, click OK button, and finally set the credit card password and confirm it to complete the ICBC credit card account opening.
