I didn’t receive a call back from the Bank of Communications credit card. Can I cancel the card?

Not every applicant will receive a return call when applying for a credit card. Failure to receive a return call will not affect the credit card approval.

Credit card approval process:

Submit personal information, work unit information and work unit phone number;

The bank will call to verify the filled in work unit within 2 to 3 days Contact number and personal contact number, when verified by phone.

The bank will send a reminder text message to indicate whether the card has been approved or not.

If the bank approves the card successfully, you will receive the bank card within 15 working days.

After receiving the bank card, you can take the relevant information to the local bank branch to activate the bank card, or you can call the phone number for activation or network activation.
