1. Download and pay the bill. Open the bill.

2. Log in and click on the credit card below.

3. In the credit card interface, click Line Management.

4. In line management, you will see your available lines. If it is the same as the total, there is no debt. If the displayed line is less than the total amount, the difference is the amount that needs to be owed to Bank of Communications.
