1. The processing time for resetting the card is generally about two working days. The new card will be mailed by express. The mailing time will be about 3-5 working days. Please pay attention to check it.

2. Before activating the new card, the old card can be used for POS swiping as long as the old card is not damaged. It is recommended that you activate and use the new card in time after receiving the new card and destroy the old card.

3. Due to changes in the validity period and security verification code of the new card, if the third-party payment platform you are bound to needs to verify the new validity period and security verification code, please rebind it according to the requirements of the third-party payment platform.

4. If there is a balance in the electronic cash account of the financial IC card, you can continue to use it if the chip is not damaged. If it is damaged, please go to the nearest Bank of China branch with the new or old card to transfer it to the electronic cash account of the new card.
