"Special installment" refers to the consumption installment service with exclusive quota for designated purposes provided to selected high-quality cardholders. Cardholders must make an appointment to activate the "Special Installment" function through the Ping An Pocket Bank APP and other channels, and then use the card to make purchases at designated merchants, and when the scheduled initial installment amount is reached, the installment will be automatically carried out according to the agreed number of installments, and the special installment will be occupied. The cardholder enjoys the credit limit and enjoys the installment repayment service and pays a certain handling fee.

Introduction to basic rules

1) The currency of "Special Installment" is limited to RMB. The exclusive quota cannot be recycled within the same validity period and will not be restored with repayment or return. Exclusive quota.

2) When cardholders activate the "Special Installment" function, they need to make an appointment to set the starting installment amount and number of installments.

3) Currently, only 998 personal credit card accounts are supported to activate the "Special Installment" function. After activation, all main cards under the account (except One-Account Card and Single Foreign Currency Card) can automatically conduct domestic RMB transactions. Apply for "Special Installment";

4) When cardholders activate the "Special Installment" function, they need to make an appointment to set the starting installment amount and number of installments. The starting installment amount is the starting point for the cardholder to set a single consumption for installment, which is divided into 6 levels: 500 yuan, 1,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan, and 20,000 yuan. The number of installments is 6. You can choose from 4 options: 12 issues, 24 issues, and 36 issues.

5) Customers who have activated the "Special Installment" function can modify the agreed starting installment amount, number of installments or turn off "Special Installment" through the Ping An Pocket Bank APP or customer service from 4:00-23:00 every day. The function takes effect immediately after modification or shutdown.

6) The types of merchants that cardholders can apply for "special installment" can be queried on the special installment page of Pocket Bank APP. The Bank has the right to adjust the types of available merchants from time to time. The system determines whether the cardholder is eligible for "special installment" based on the actual merchant type code corresponding to the merchant at which the cardholder transacts.

7) "Special Installment" supports POS card swiping, chip card insertion, and QuickPass payment methods, but does not support pre-authorized transactions.
