The timeliness of credit card refund entry mainly depends on the merchant's return operation mode:

1, the transaction of the day can be received after the merchant cancels the transaction;

2. From the day after consumption, after the customer handles the return formalities,

1) If the merchant returns the goods online, it will generally be recorded within 3-5 working days;

2) If the merchant returns the goods manually (offline), it may take about 15 working days;

Note: If the other party confirms that the returned money has been transferred out, our bank can generally record it in 1-2 days.
