Does an expired credit card mean that the card’s validity period has expired? Has the bank sent you a new card? If a new card is activated on the APP, you can use the new card. If you have not received the new card, call the customer service hotline to see if it has not been sent or the bank will not renew the card for you. If it's the former, you can resend it, but if it's the latter, there's nothing you can do.
